This project was to explore idea via net art collages built in HTML. After this project, I think I have a better understanding of the complexities of NetArt. I think because coding and computers is so advanced, it's easy to disregard basic coding elements as simple. This project has helped me realize that coding, no matter how simple, can be incredibly complex. This was also a chance to learn how to use a new form of technology to create art. Painting, drawing, and other visual mediums have some similarities. This technological medium was completely different, and required learning and developing new skills.
Exploring the concept of 'traditions on other planets was also enjoyable. It was a great opportunity to learn the similarities we have as humans, and explore why we are drawn to them. Our cultures and lives are so different, but its comforting to see that most humans are drawn to certain ideas, concepts and questions.
